In this course students will design and implement lifetime wellness plan. Students will utilize within their plan the application F.I.T.T. Principle and apply concepts of principles of training, principles of exercise, goal-setting, and nutrition for body composition. These concepts will be embedded through active involvement in the following activities: Strength Programming; Biomechanical principles, Training cycles, Kinesthetic awareness, Fitness & physical performance, Aquatic survival skills, and Prevention & care of injuries
